Except as otherwise stated in this section, the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 180DOG LLC neither assures nor assumes any liability to any person or entity for the proper performance of services. 180DOG LLC does not represent or warrant that the service is complete or free from error, and does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability to any person or entity for loss or damage caused by errors or omissions in the service, whether such errors or commissions result from negligence, accident, or other cause. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless 180DOG LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under 180DOG LLC instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions.

2. Cancellation Policy
I understand that when I schedule a training session that time is mine. I understand cancellations on short notice do not provide adequate opportunity for 180DOG LLC to schedule another client, resulting in financial loss. As such, I understand and acknowledge that if I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will be billed for the missed appointment.
